Background Summary
Mr. Hussey is the owner of a private company, Hussey & Company, whose primary function is working closely with facilities, grain
elevators and industrial development. In addition, the company is a distributor for a full line of flotation equipment (liquid and dry), blend
plants, conveying equipment and both liquid and dry handling equipment. The bulk of the company's work is contained in the Midwest, however,
not limited to that area. Appraisals and purchases have been dealt with in virtually every state in the Union, along with Canadian and
other foreign trade centers.
Mr. Hussey has appraised agricultural facilities for both insurance purposes and for resale. He has recently worked for Morrison Grain
Company of Salina, Kansas, whose agricultural facilities are world-wide. He has also done extensive work with locations to enable
them to prepare a prospectus on a percentage sale of their retail outlets. He has traveled throughout the Midwest to approximately
one hundred (100) IMC locations appraising their facilities and equipment. Prior to forming his own company, his duties included
establishing new fertilizer accounts in north central Iowa for Allied Chemical Corporation. After a promotion to Regional Sales Manager,
he became responsible for seven (7) salesmen in the Dakotas, Iowa, Minnesota, and Montana. Mr. Hussey's background and vast knowledge
of the industry have gained him a reputation as a true expert in his field.
